We offer a variety of fresh flowers, arrangements, plants, and related floral products for personal, event, and commercial use. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value in the event a specific bloom is unavailable.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Custom orders must be confirmed and paid at least 48 hours in advance.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Delivery Policy
We offer same-day delivery for local orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST).
Delivery areas include Harlem and select neighborhoods in Manhattan. Call to confirm availability.
Accurate recipient information (address, phone number, etc.) must be provided.
Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details may incur a redelivery fee.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Refunds are not guaranteed for same-day cancellations or delivered orders.
Custom arrangements are non-refundable once prepared.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable resolution (replacement, store credit, or partial refund).
6. Store Pickups
Orders must be picked up during store hours. We are not responsible for items not retrieved on time.
Fresh flowers are perishable; we recommend picking them up as close as possible to your event or delivery time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, logos, text, and design, is the property of Harlem Garden PS and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Harlem Garden PS is not responsible for damages or losses caused by:
Allergic reactions to flowers or plants.
Delays due to weather, traffic, or other forces beyond our control.
Improper care or handling of floral arrangements after delivery or pickup.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website, email, or phone is used solely to fulfill your order or provide customer service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
