Refunds & Returns Policy

At Harlem Garden PS, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Because we work with live, perishable products, our policy is designed to ensure both customer satisfaction and the integrity of our flowers.

1. Freshness Guarantee

We want you to love your flowers. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us at (646) 983-9499 or visit us at 3546 Broadway within 24 hours of receipt.

  • To help us understand the issue, we may request a photo of the arrangement or that the original product be returned to the shop.

  • Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement of the item or store credit for a future purchase.

2. Cancellations

We understand that plans change. To receive a full refund for a scheduled delivery, you must cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Same-day orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled or refunded once the arrangement has been created.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial credit at our discretion.

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we generally do not offer cash refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted. All sales are considered final unless a quality issue is reported within the 24-hour freshness window mentioned above.

4. Substitutions

Fresh flowers are subject to seasonal availability. While we strive to match the photos on our website as closely as possible, we reserve the right to substitute specific blooms or containers with items of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement is fresh and beautiful.

5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address provided by the sender, or if the recipient is unavailable and there is no safe place to leave the flowers, a re-delivery fee may apply.
