Freshness Guarantee<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We want you to love your flowers. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us at <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"118\">(646) 983-9499<\/b> or visit us at <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"148\">3546 Broadway<\/b> within <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"169\">24 hours<\/b> of receipt.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"7\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To help us understand the issue, we may request a <b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"50\">photo of the arrangement<\/b> or that the original product be returned to the shop.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a <b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"48\">replacement<\/b> of the item or <b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"75\">store credit<\/b> for a future purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Cancellations<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We understand that plans change. Substitutions<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fresh flowers are subject to seasonal availability. While we strive to match the photos on our website as closely as possible, we reserve the right to substitute specific blooms or containers with items of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement is fresh and beautiful.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"15\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5.
